1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Xplored ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Benji.

2. Description of Service
Xplored is a travel tracking and social platform that allows users to:
- Track countries and cities visited worldwide
- Create and share trip memories with photos and notes
- Follow other travelers and interact with their content
- Discover new destinations through the community
- Export personal travel data
3. Eligibility
To use Xplored, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Be capable of forming a binding contract
- Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
- Not have been previously banned from the service
If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use a valid email address
- Only create one account per person
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
4.2 Account Termination
By You
- Delete via Settings > Privacy
- 30-day grace period to cancel
- Permanent deletion after 30 days
By Us
- Violation of Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse of other users
5. User Content
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.
5.2 Content Guidelines
You agree NOT to post content that:
Illegal Content
- Violates laws or regulations
- Promotes illegal activities
- Infringes intellectual property
Harmful Content
- Threatening or harassing
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Sexually explicit
Deceptive Content
- Impersonation
- False information
- Spam or malware
Privacy Violations
- Sharing others' info without consent
- Private or confidential data
- Violating privacy rights
6. Prohibited Activities
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Use bots or automated systems
- Circumvent security measures
- Collect user data without consent
- Commercialize the service without permission
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and code (excluding User Content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. "Xplored" and associated logos are our trademarks.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Important Notice
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed EUR 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dutch courts.
EU consumers may also bring proceedings in their country of residence.
11. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, contact us at support@xplored.app to attempt informal resolution. We will try to resolve disputes within 30 days.
EU consumers can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we notify you via in-app notifications or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
